A reference to any amount being "indexed in accordance with change in Average Weekly Earnings" over a particular period ("Period") is a reference to that amount being increased or decreased (as the case may be) by the same proportion as the Average Weekly Earnings last published before the end of the Period increased or decreased from the Average Weekly Earnings last published before the start of the Period.
