Weekly Compensation definition

Weekly Compensation means the sum of each of the following items divided by 52:
Weekly Compensation means the Participant’s Annual Compensation divided by 52.
Weekly Compensation means the Executive’s Base Salary divided by fifty-two (52).

Examples of Weekly Compensation in a sentence

  • A Participant who is eligible to receive Benefits under Section 3.1 shall continue to be entitled, through the end of his/her Salary Continuation Period to his/her Weekly Compensation as in effect on the Employment Termination Date.

  • The lump sum payment shall equal the Participant’s Weekly Compensation multiplied by the Participant’s number of Severance Weeks.

  • An amount of Separation Pay equal to two weeks of the Participant’s Weekly Compensation for each Year of Service; provided, however, that such amount shall not be less than three months of the Participant’s Monthly Compensation and shall not exceed 12 months of the Participant’s Monthly Compensation.

  • An amount of Separation Pay equal to two weeks of the Participant’s Weekly Compensation for each Year of Service; provided, however, that such amount shall not be less than three months of the Participant’s Monthly Compensation and shall not exceed 100% of the Participant’s Annual Compensation.

Weekly Compensation means, with respect to each Covered Employee, the quotient of:
