Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 5.2(l).
Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit F or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion (it being agreed that each Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate will be based on the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate delivered on a monthly basis updated to reflect changes in the aggregate Value of Receivables and Inventory of the relevant Loan Parties but with ineligibility and reserve related items reflecting those set forth in such most recent Borrowing Base Certificate).
Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by the Chief Executive Officer, President, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Vice President-Finance, a Director, a Manager, or any other senior financial officer of the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit N or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion (it being agreed that each Weekly Borrowing Base Certificate will be based on the most recently delivered Borrowing Base Certificate delivered on a monthly basis updated to reflect changes in the aggregate value of Receivables of the relevant Credit Parties but with ineligibility and reserve related items reflecting those set forth in such most recent Borrowing Base Certificate).
