Weekly Allocation Date definition

Weekly Allocation Date means the last Business Day of the week following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period, commencing no later than August 2, 2019.

Weekly Allocation Date means the fifth (5th) Business Day following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period, commencing on August 14, 2015.

Weekly Allocation Date means the last Business Day of the week following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period or, upon not less than two (2) Business Days’ notice to the Trustee, such other Business Day during such week that has been designated by the Manager and consented to by the Trustee (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).

• It shall be a condition to any Voluntary Decrease that the amount on deposit in the Collection Account is sufficient to pay the Trustee, the Servicer and the Manager, as applicable, for any unreimbursed Advances and Manager Advances (in each case, with interest thereon at the Advance Interest Rate), if any, on the Weekly Allocation Date immediately following such Voluntary Decrease.

Weekly Allocation Date. Weekly Allocation Date means the sixth (6th) Business Day following the date on which each Weekly Collection Period ends, or upon not less than two (2) Business Days’ notice from the Manager to the Trustee, such earlier Business Day occurring no earlier than the third (3rd) Business Day following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period that has been designated by the Manager and consented to by the Trustee (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld), each commencing on or before May 1, 2023.

Weekly Allocation Date means each Currency Conversion Opt-Out Weekly Allocation Date or a Currency Conversion Weekly Allocation Date, as applicable.

Weekly Allocation Date means the fourth Business Day immediately following the last day of each Weekly Collection Period, commencing on April 21, 2022.
