Website Products definition

Website Products means those Internet websites, and related products and development services, offered for sale by Move to brokerage offices and/or individual agents or brokers.

Website Products means any products, goods, content (including, without limitation, LAMMICO Content Items), services, licenses, information, material or other rights, things or items purchased, licensed, subscribed or otherwise obtained or received by you (or delivered to or used by you) in, on, by, as, through or from the LAMMICO Websites, the LAMMICO Content Items or LAMMICO.

Website Products means any products, goods, content (including, without limitation, MI Content Items), services, licenses, information, material or other rights, things or items purchased, licensed, subscribed or otherwise obtained or received by you (or delivered to or used by you) in, on, by, as, through or from the MI Websites, the MI Content Items or MI.

Examples of Website Products in a sentence

  • You grant us a non- exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, transferable licence to use the Footage and your name and your testimonials in our marketing and promotional activities and materials for the Website, Products and/or Services.

  • The Client will use all reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized access to, or use of, the Website, Products and/or Services and, in the event of any such unauthorized access or use, promptly notify Fuel50 and cause such unauthorized access or use to cease as soon as reasonably possible.

  • The Client will not access, store, distribute or transmit any Malware, or any material during the course of its access and use of the Website, Products and Services that: (a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive; (b) is discriminatory based on race, gender, color, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, or any other illegal activity; or (c) causes damage or injury to any person or property.

  • The Client represents and warrants that its and Permitted Users’ access and use of the Website, Products and Services will not violate any such Laws and that the Client is not located in any such country or on any such list or deemed to be on such list.

Related to Website Products

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Fields of Use means UltraTemp, Ceris or Ceros technology for the transportation or appliance gas ignition markets.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Existing Products Tangible Products and intangible licensed Products which exist prior to the commencement of work under the Contract. Contractor retains the burden of proving that a particular product was existing before commencement of the Project. .

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Open-Source Components means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Steel Products means products rolled, formed, shaped, drawn, extruded, forged, cast, fabricated or otherwise similarly processed, or processed by a combination of two or more or such operations, from steel made by the open heath, basic oxygen, electric furnace, Bessemer or other steel making process.

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
