Website Hosting means providing World Wide Web page hosting on a server with email message facilities.
Website Hosting. Includes hosting and installation of Company created website, and MySQL Database. Any domain names purchased specifically at the clients request or transferred to the Company for purposes of website hosting shall be the property of the client, and will be transferred away from the Company hosting following the termination of services. The Client agrees to pay any costs associated with transferring a domain away from the Company hosting service.
Website Hosting. Billing start date for stand-alone web hosting services is 60 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; • LM360: Billing start date is 3 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; • SEO stand-alone or added on to existing account: Billing start date is 3 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; • SEO with website design: Billing will start once the website is published live; • Kickstart: Billing start is 14 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; Uptime will verify actual ad spend each month and increase Client’s base plan as necessary based on actual ad spend. • Google Ads (not part of Kickstart or LM360): Billing start is 14 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; Uptime will verify actual ad spend each month and increase Client’s base plan as necessary based on actual ad spend. • Facebook Advertising (Social Advertising): Billing start is 14 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements; Uptime will verify actual ad spend each month and increase Client’s base plan as necessary based on actual ad spend. • Email Marketing: Billing start date is 14 days from the date Client submits the signed agreements.

Examples of Website Hosting in a sentence

  • In the event the Client not agree with the new Website Hosting Terms of Service or any attachment to this Agreement, the Client will be responsible for securing alternative website hosting.

  • Bandwidth for internet traffic is available for Website Hosting customers.

  • Company acknowledges and agrees that the unauthorized use or disclosure of Proprietary Information would cause STATELAND to incur irreparable harm and significant damages, the degree of which may be difficult to ascertain.

  • Client may cancel this Website Hosting and Maintenance Agreement with Xxxxx at any time by giving 30 days written notice provided that payment is up to date.

  • The Client desires Xxxxx to enter into Website Hosting and Maintenance Agreement for the above website project(s) (see website package description and/or website hosting description above).

  • During the initial term, the Website Hosting Services may not be terminated without cause.

  • If Customer has selected Website Hosting Services, in exchange for Customer’s payment of the monthly fees associated with Customer’s Plan LRS shall provide the services as set forth in the Proposal for that Plan.

  • By accepting this Agreement and using Host’s Website Hosting Services (“Services”), Client agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • This contract together with the links herein constitutes the Website Hosting and Maintenance Agreement between Xxxxx and the Client regarding its website design service.

  • Addendum C: Website Hosting and Maintenance Agreement THIS AGREEMENT is made between Xxxxx Consulting, LLC (“Xxxxx”) and the Client (“Client”) which Xxxxx Consulting, LLC is acting as an independent contractor and is not acting as an employee of Client.

  • Hosting means the act of providing service and access to Client Content by the Internet.

  • World Wide Web means an information browsing framework that allows a user to locate and access information stored on a remote computer and to follow references from one computer to related information on another computer; and

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • UNICEF Supply Website means UNICEF's public access webpage available athttp://www.unicef.org/supply/index_procurement_policies.html, as may be updated from time to time.

  • Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier.   • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
