WCMA Loan Balance definition

WCMA Loan Balance means an amount equal to the aggregate unpaid principal balance of all WCMA Loans.
WCMA Loan Balance means an amount equal to the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all WCMA Loans.
WCMA Loan Balance means an amount equal to the aggregate unpaid principal amount of all WCMA Loans. "UCC" shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code of Illinois as in effect in Illinois from time to time.

  • MLPF&S will include in each monthly statement it issues under the WCMA Program information with respect to WCMA Loans and the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the WCMA Agreement to the contrary, Customer hereby irrevocably authorizes and directs MLPF&S to apply available free credit balances in the WCMA Account to the repayment of the WCMA Loan Balance prior to application for any other purpose.

  • All funds received by MLBFS from MLPF&S pursuant to the aforesaid authorization shall be applied by MLBFS to repayment of the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • Unless otherwise hereafter directed in writing by MLBFS on or after the first to occur of the Maturity Date or the date of termination of the WCMA Line of Credit pursuant to the terms hereof, such interest will be automatically charged to the WCMA Account on the applicable Interest Due Date, and, to the extent not paid with free credit balances or the proceeds of sales of any Money Accounts then in the WCMA Account, as hereafter provided, paid by a WCMA Loan and added to the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • Such late charge shall be payable on demand, or, without demand, may in the sole discretion of MLBFS be paid by a Subsequent WCMA Loan and added to the WCMA Loan Balance in the same manner as provided herein for accrued interest with respect to the WCMA Line of Credit.

  • If the WCMA Loan Balance shall at any time exceed the Maximum WCMA Line of Credit and Customer shall fail to deposit sufficient funds into the WCMA Account to reduce the WCMA Loan Balance below the Maximum WCMA Line of Credit within five (5) Business Days after written notice thereof shall have been given by MLBFS to Customer.

  • The amount of any such WCMA Loan will be added to the WCMA Loan Balance.

  • Concurrently with any such termination, Customer shall pay to MLBFS the entire WCMA Loan Balance and all other Obligations.

  • Such late charge shall be payable on demand, or, without demand, may in the sole discretion of MLBFS be paid by a WCMA Loan and added to the WCMA Loan Balance in the same manner as provided herein for accrued interest.

Related to WCMA Loan Balance

  • Loan Balance means, at any time, the outstanding principal balance of the Note at such time.

  • Aggregate Loan Balance At any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.

  • Outstanding Loan Balance means the principal amount of your full-time Direct Loans outstanding at any time, including any Canada Student Grant amount(s) converted to a Direct Loan, together with all interest on those amounts.

  • Net Purchased Loan Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations sold and/or contributed to the Buyer by the Seller (directly or indirectly) hereunder prior to such date plus (ii) the Aggregate Principal Balance of all Collateral Obligations acquired by the Buyer other than from the Seller prior to such date, in each case calculated as of the date of the Buyer’s acquisition thereof.

  • Cut-off Date Loan Balance means the Loan Balance calculated as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

Defaulted Receivables that are Loans shall be deemed to have a Loan Value equal to the outstanding Loan Value at the time it became a Defaulted Receivable less the amount written-off as uncollectible in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Mortgage Loan Principal Balance means, at any date of determination, the aggregate principal balance of the Notes evidencing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Net Loan Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Loan Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the related Servicing Fee Rate and the Master Servicing Fee Rate.
