Way Bill definition

Way Bill means a document (delivery note) confirming the handover-takeover of the Goods; Supplier has to send it together with the Goods or hand it over together with the Goods in a number of copies and with a content specified by the Customer.
Way Bill means a document issued by the loading agent or the freight office, indicating the nature and weight of the cargo, the loading and off-loading points as well as the date of commencement of transportation.
Way Bill means, a non-negotiable document which accompanies the shipment from origin to destination and is also treated as an agreement for carriage of the shipment.

  • Any domain names registered in connection with this Agreement will belong to Client and will be registered in Client's name.

  • The Carrier shall use the Lorry Way Bill of the approved Carrier only and shall not book in the name of sister concern or any other agency which is not approved.

  • The contractor shall process requests from commercial carriers to substitute a Freight Way Bill Original, in lieu of a lost or destroyed GBL.

  • In case, such Tax Invoice is not obtained from the Suppliers along with the consignment, an endorsement “TAX INVOICE NOT RECEIVED” should be made in the Lorry Way Bill.

  • Bank Bill Rate ’, for an Interest Period, means the average mid rate for Bills having a tenor closest to the Interest Period as displayed on the ‘‘BBSW’’ page of the Reuters Monitor System on the first day of that Interest Period as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • T-Bill Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the average yield expressed as a percentage per annum on three-month Government of Canada Treasury Bills, as reported by the Bank of Canada, for the most recent treasury bills auction preceding the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date.

  • U.S. Treasury Bill Rate on any date means (i) the Interest Equivalent of the rate on the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such rate is made available on a discount basis or otherwise by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Bill Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Bill Rate" on any date means the Interest Equivalent of the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.

  • Telerate British Bankers Assoc. Interest Settlement Rates Page means the display designated as Page 3750 on the Telerate System Incorporated Service (or such other page as may replace such page on such service for the purpose of displaying the rates at which dollar deposits are offered by leading banks in the London interbank deposit market).

  • Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.

  • Money Market Yield means a yield (expressed as a percentage) calculated in accordance with the following formula: Money Market Yield = D x 360 x 100 360 – (D x M) where “D” refers to the applicable per annum rate for commercial paper quoted on a bank discount basis and expressed as a decimal, and “M” refers to the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Reset Period.

  • Website of the European Central Bank means the website of the European Central Bank currently at http://www.ecb.europa.eu or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page” means the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the “US PRIME 1” page (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).

  • PPC means prior period coverage. PPC is the period of time, prior to the member’s enrollment, during which a member is eligible for covered services. The time-frame is the first day of the month of application or the first eligible month, whichever is later, until the day a member is enrolled with a contractor.

  • Rate Card means a document containing prices and descriptions for various advertisement placement options available from a service sector, which sets out the minimum and maximum price of a service.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Money Market Absolute Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).

  • Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Lenders, and includes Equity and all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements;

  • Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of central banking and also includes its successors;

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • London Inter-Bank Offered Rate means, for any applicable interest period, the rate per annum equal to the British Bankers Association LIBOR Rate (“BBA LIBOR”), as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as selected by the Bank from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) London Banking Days before the commencement of the interest period, for U.S. Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such interest period) with a term equivalent to such interest period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for that interest period will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Bank. A “London Banking Day” is a day on which banks in London are open for business and dealing in offshore dollars.

  • H.15(519) means the weekly statistical release designated as H.15(519), or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

  • Periodic Billing Requirement means, for any Remittance Period, the aggregate amount of Charges calculated by the Servicer as necessary to be billed during such period in order to collect the Periodic Payment Requirement on a timely basis.

  • BBA means the British Bankers’ Association.

  • Duff & Xxxxxx means Duff & Xxxxxx Credit Rating Co.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.

  • Relevant Financial Centre Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre or centres for the currency in which payment falls to be made (or, in the case of payments which fall to be made in euro, a Euro Business Day or, where such currency is a National Currency Unit (as defined in Condition 9) and the Notes have been redenominated into euro pursuant to Condition 9, the former principal financial centre or centres) and in any other place set out in the Final Terms;

  • Balance billing means charging or collecting an amount in excess of the Medicaid, Medicare, or contracted reimbursement rate for services covered under a Medicaid, Medicare or employer sponsored beneficiary’s plan. “Balance Billing” does not include charging or collecting deductibles or copayments and coinsurance required by the beneficiary’s plan.
