  • The Watershed Lands and Carizzo Plains are worth an estimated $300 million.

Related to Watershed Lands

  • Land means the real property described on EXHIBIT 2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Recital IVof this Agreement and which is more fully and particularly described in the Second Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Acre or “Acreage” means the land area of an Assessor’s Parcel as shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the land area shown on the applicable Final Map or other parcel map recorded at the County Recorder’s Office.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.
