Water Service Area definition

Water Service Area means the area of the City served by the MWS.
Water Service Area means that area served by or planned to be served by, a water distribution system.
Water Service Area means and include (1) the area that is within WTCPUA’s water CCN No. 13207, as may be amended from time to time, and (2) the area that can be served by the WTCPUA’s Water Transmission System, as constructed on September 26, 2013 (regardless of whether such area is within the boundaries of water CCN No. 13207), without the need to construct additional central facilities other than those identified in the WTCPUA’s Water Capital Improvements Plan; and Water Service Area is more particularly depicted in Attachment 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.

Examples of Water Service Area in a sentence

  • The Water System Facilities Charge will be made one time only at which time the applicant’s property is brought into the Water Service Area.

  • The Superintendent and all employees of the Town, acting under the Superintendent’s direction, are authorized to enter upon any property in the Water Service Area at any reasonable time in order to ascertain whether the provisions of this bylaw are being observed.

  • Upon termination the City shall have no right to provide water service to the Initial Parcel or Future Retail Water Service Area.

  • The City of Omaha is authorized to issue discharge permits in Papillion’s Waste Water Service Area, which includes the Development Area.

More Definitions of Water Service Area

Water Service Area means the union of all land serviced by a City water system, that being all land on which development is, as determined by the Chief Building Official, required, planned or expected to connect, or is capable of being connected in future, to a City water system intended to service the development; and
Water Service Area means, within the City of Greater Sudbury;
