Water Rates definition

Water Rates means charges in respect of water supply, sewerage and drainage of the kind presently levied by the Water Authority under —
Water Rates means a charge or system of charges levied on users of a water system for the user’s proportional share of the revenue requirement of a water system that consists of operation and maintenance expenses, depreciation, taxes and return on investment.
Water Rates means present charges for water, including the supplying and furnishing thereof and any and all service charges incidental thereto.
