Water Park definition

Water Park means a recreational park or facility in which the primary functions are entertainment and activities using water.

More Definitions of Water Park

Water Park has the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Lease.
Water Park means a use, building or part of a building or indoor or outdoor area for use by the general public that includes water play areas, swimming pools, slides, splash pads, spray grounds, lazy rivers or similar recreational bathing, leisure, swimming or water-related activities. This definition shall include associated facilities and services such as change rooms, showers, hot tubs, saunas, indoor or outdoor spectator seating areas, picnic areas and associated retail sales and services.

Related to Water Park

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Car Park means all bays, building, equipment, surrounding fixtures, fencing and all property;

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Demised Premises or “Premises” (and whether or not capitalized) is used herein, it shall be understood to mean the “premises leased hereby”; and whenever the term “Entire Premises” is used herein (and whether or not capitalized), it shall be understood to mean all of the contiguous land and buildings owned by Landlord at this location, which include the premises leased hereby. The term “Non-leased Premises” shall mean the Entire Premises less the Leased Premises.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
