Waste Diversion definition

Waste Diversion means services related to waste management but not including (i) landfill sites and services and (ii) facilities and services for the incineration of waste;
Waste Diversion means waste reduction, reuse, recycling or composting with the intent of extending the useful life of materials and preventing their disposal in landfill;
Waste Diversion for each calendar year, expressed as a percentage, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries’ (i) hazardous and non-hazardous waste represented in kilograms diverted from landfill through on-site reuse, off-site reuse, recycling, composting, and recovery (including incineration with energy recovery) divided by (ii) total waste represented in kilograms.
