Warranty Work definition

Warranty Work means parts, labor, and any other expenses incurred by a franchised dealer in complying with the terms of a manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.
Warranty Work means any and all repairs or corrective work that OPERATOR is required to complete to fulfill its warranty obligations under Section 8.5
Warranty Work means the Work performed during any Warranty Period pursuant to Article 10.

Warranty Work means work, including diagnostic labor, performed by a dealer in order to fulfill the obligations of a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch warranty. “Warranty work” shall also include work arranged to be performed by a dealer if such work is authorized by the manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch in order to fulfill the obligations of a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler, factory branch, or distributor branch warranty.
Warranty Work has the meaning set out in Schedule 11 [Prices and Payment];
