Warranty Start Date definition

Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Product(s) are delivered to the carrier. Interpretations:
Warranty Start Date is the earlier of (i) date of array interconnection and (ii) 6 months following the date of SunPower delivery. If the delivery date cannot be verified, manufacturing date will be used in its place.
Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Products are delivered to the carrier as recorded on BITMAIN Website.

  • Beginning on Warranty Start Date and for the first year following the Warranty Start Date, Jinko warrants that the Degradation Rate of Modules shall not exceed the applicable First Year Degradation Rate; for each year after the first year, the Degradation Rate of Modules shall not exceed the applicable Annual Degradation Rate, as set forth at Table 1.

  • Beginning on the Warranty Start Date and for the Limited Product Warranty Period,Jinko warrants that the Module and its respective DC connectors and cables (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) will be free from material defects in workmanship which impair the performance of the Products.

  • Actual Power Output means the power output of the Module, expressed in Xxxxx, measured at STC at a given point in time in a year after the Warranty Start Date, corrected for any measurement error, as per IEC 61215.


More Definitions of Warranty Start Date

Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Product(s) are delivered to the carrier by The Seller.
Warranty Start Date means, with respect to any Product, the date of purchase of such Product under this Agreement.
Warranty Start Date means the date of delivery of the goods.
Warranty Start Date means in the case of spare parts, the date of delivery of those spare parts.
Warranty Start Date is the earlier of (i) the date of Product interconnection to the grid, and (ii) 6 months following the date of Product delivery to the original Owner. If the Product fails to conform to this Limited Product Workmanship Warranty, as determined by Panasonic USA in its sole and absolute discretion, Panasonic USA will provide one of the Limited Warranty Remedies described under Section 4 below. This Limited Product Workmanship Warranty does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under Section 3 below.
Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Products are delivered pursuant to Clause 4.1 as recorded on BITMAIN Website (as defined below).
Warranty Start Date means the date on which the Computing Servers are delivered to the carrier.
