Warranty Schedule definition

Warranty Schedule means the Warranty Schedule to these Warranty Conditions;
Warranty Schedule means the Warranty Schedule to these Warranty Conditions; "Warranty Conditions" means the warranty terms and conditions in this booklet; and "XTRA Warranty Plan" means the applicable XTRA Warranty Plan for the Kubota Product.
Warranty Schedule means the warranty schedule attached hereto as Annexure “A”; and

Examples of Warranty Schedule in a sentence

  • Fiberon may, at its option, elect to refund the percentage of the original purchase price listed under Recovery on the Prorated Warranty Schedule in lieu of replacing the defective product.

  • The warranty periods indicated in the Warranty Schedule shall commence on the date of shipment by Prestolite.

  • Fiberon may, at its option, elect to refund the percentage of the original purchase price listed under Recovery on the Prorated Warranty Schedule in lieu of replacing the defective Product.

  • The submission shall include a brief summary covering workmanship and/or product warranty/guarantee on Appendix F – Price, Delivery & Warranty Schedule.

  • Nominal Energy Capacity and Retained Energy Capacity shall be measured in conditions and using methods specified in the applicable Data Sheet set out in the Warranty Schedule.

  • It’s not to increase the value of your vehicle by replacing used parts for new.Please read your Warranty Schedule and this Warranty Plan, especially “What’s Included” (pages 4 & 5) and the “Repair Requests Procedure” (Page 12).


More Definitions of Warranty Schedule

Warranty Schedule the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Warranty Schedule means the schedule attached to these Terms containing warranty periods for certain Products.

Related to Warranty Schedule

  • Security Schedule means Schedule 2 hereto.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.

  • Warranty Xxxx of Sale means the warranty (as to title) xxxx of sale covering the Aircraft executed by Manufacturer or an affiliate of Manufacturer in favor of Company and specifically referring to each Engine, as well as the Airframe, constituting a part of the Aircraft.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • The Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Schedule E means internal revenue service schedule E (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • List of Approved Contractors means a list developed by each Transmission Owner and published in a PJM Manual of (a) contractors that the Transmission Owner considers to be qualified to install or construct new facilities and/or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, provided that such contractors may include, but need not be limited to, contractors that, in addition to providing construction services, also provide design and/or other construction-related services, and (b) manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) whose products the Transmission Owner considers acceptable for installation and use on its system.
