Warranty Repairs definition

Warranty Repairs means Repair Services or Maintenance Services covered by the Standard Warranty or Complimentary Extended Warranty.
Warranty Repairs. All warranty claims on DEFINITIVE product purchased under this agreement will be processed solely through DISTRIBUTOR. The end user remains covered by DEFINITIVE’s Consumer Warranty as stated in individual product packaging. Technical Support: Technical support will be available to the Customer from its DISTRIBUTOR. Customer will be able to access technical phone support from DEFINITIVE only upon completion, execution and approval of this agreement.

Warranty Repairs. While the unit(s) provided hereunder are under warranty, all repairs shall be completed within five (5) working days after receipt of unit(s). This period may be extended at the user's option and such extension shall be documented in writing. In the event of failure to perform repairs within five (5) working days and failure to receive approval for time extension, the Vendor shall provide a like unit until repairs are completed. All repairs shall be performed at the Vendor’s place of business or other facility of his/her choice. Delivery of unit(s) for repair and all costs associated therewith shall be the user's responsibility.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.
