Warranty Policy definition

Warranty Policy means a document that describes the terms of the Warranty provided by Xxxxx regarding the reliability of the Certificates it issues, as available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xx/.
Warranty Policy means the warranty process policy manual made available to the Distributor and Sub-Distributors (as updated from time to time) regarding different types of New Vehicles.
Warranty Policy means this warranty policy and shall include the amendments made thereto by Grohe India from time to time.

  • Pursuant to Sections XV and XVI herein, DISTRIBUTOR will evaluate DEALER's service performance in such areas as, without limitation, warranty management, compliance with the Toyota Warranty Policy and Procedures Manual, service management, service operating procedures, service staffing and training, administration, service facilities and equipment, new vehicle pre-delivery service, customer handling and customer retention.

More Definitions of Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy means the document supplied with the Product containing details of the warranty for the Product.
