Warranty Policies has the meaning set forth in 6.11(d).

More Definitions of Warranty Policies

Warranty Policies means the warranty policies of Seller in effect with respect to the relevant product as of the date hereof. The provisions of this Section 6.16 shall not relieve Seller of its obligation of indemnity relating to or arising out of product liability claims with respect to products manufactured and sold by Seller on or prior to the date hereof pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII hereof.
