Warrant Indenture definition

Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture pursuant to which the Warrants will be created and issued dated as of the Closing Date and entered into between the Corporation and the Warrant Agent; and
Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture, to be dated effective as of the Closing Date, and entered into between the Corporation and the Warrant Agent, respecting the terms and conditions of the Warrants and the Broker Warrants, in the form and on terms satisfactory to the Corporation and the Underwriters, acting reasonably; and
Warrant Indenture has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Any capitalized term in this Warrant Certificate that is not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Warrant Indenture.

More Definitions of Warrant Indenture

Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture between the Corporation and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, in its capacity as warrant agent, governing the Warrants; and
Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture dated the date hereof entered into between the Corporation and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as warrant agent, governing the terms and conditions of the Warrants, as may be amended from time to time;
Warrant Indenture means the warrant indenture pursuant to which the Warrants will be created and issued (other than the Warrants underlying the Compensation Warrants which shall be governed by stand-alone certificates) dated as of the Closing Date and entered into between the Corporation and the Warrant Agent; and
