Warrant Exercise Form definition

Warrant Exercise Form means Appendix “B” hereof; and

Warrant Exercise Form means the subscription form attached as Exhibit A hereto;

Warrant Exercise Form means APPENDIX “B” hereof.

• This Warrant may be exercised by presentation and surrender hereof to the Company at its principal office with the Warrant Exercise Form (Exhibit B.1.) annexed hereto duly executed and accompanied by payment of the Exercise Price for the number of Warrant Shares specified in such form.

• The Holder is advised to read “Instruction to Holders” attached hereto as APPENDIX “A” for details on how to complete the Warrant Exercise Form.

• Section 4.1 The right to purchase Shares conferred by a Warrant may be exercised by the Holder surrendering this Warrant Certificate, together with a duly completed and executed Warrant Exercise Form and a certified cheque, bank draft, or wire transfer for the aggregate Exercise Price payable to, or to the order of, the Company, at the address as set out on this Warrant Certificate or such other address as the Company may from time to time in writing direct.

More Definitions of Warrant Exercise Form

Warrant Exercise Form means the exercise form forming part of each Warrant Certificate as more particularly described in Section 3.1.4 hereof;
