Warrant Agent Office definition

Warrant Agent Office has the meaning specified in Section 4(g)(iv) hereof.

Warrant Agent Office means the offices or agency maintained by the Warrant Agent in Ardmore, Pennsylvania (or at such other offices or agencies as may be designated by the Warrant Agent) for the purpose of exchanging, transferring and exercising the Class B Warrants.
