Warehouse Property definition

Warehouse Property means the real estate situated in the Township of Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey, more particularly described in the Warehouse Sale Agreement, together with the Improvements nor or hereafter located thereon.
Warehouse Property means any Property which is primarily used as a warehouse distribution facility.
Warehouse Property means the approximately 58,000 square foot office facility current used by the Seller and located at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx.
