Warehouse Loan Agreement definition

Warehouse Loan Agreement means that certain loan agreement, dated as of December 21, 2012, among the Issuer, in its capacity as borrower, WFBNA, in its capacities as the senior lender and collateral agent, Madison, in its capacities as a junior lender and the seller, MCF Capital Management LLC, as the collateral manager, the other Warehouse Lenders and Wells Fargo Securities, in its capacity as administrative agent.
