  • Where the dispute cannot be resolved within five (5) working days of the union representatives’ referral of the dispute to the Director General/Chief Executive Officer or his/her nominee, either party may refer the matter to the WAIRC.

  • If an employee who has been subject to substandard performance management is aggrieved by any resulting decision, he/she may appeal against that decision in the WAIRC.
