Nurse-midwife means a registered nurse who has graduated from a program of study designed to prepare registered nurses for advanced practice as nurse-midwives.
Midwife means a midwife in good standing with the College of Midwives of Ontario;
Adult day care means a program for six (6) or more individuals, of social and health-related services provided during the day in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting frail, impaired elderly or other disabled adults who can benefit from care in a group setting outside the home.
Hourly Rate means the proposed fully loaded maximum hourly rates that include travel, per diem, fringe benefits and any overhead costs for contractor personnel, as well as subcontractor personnel if appropriate.
Initial Issue Price means the price (excluding any Preliminary Charge) per Share at which Shares are initially offered in a Fund during the Initial Offer Period as specified in the Supplement for the relevant Fund;
State Energy Commission means The State Energy Commission of Western Australia as described in section 7 of the State Energy Commission Xxx 0000;
Original Issue Price means $1.00 per share for the Series A Preferred Stock, $3.00 per share for the Series B Preferred Stock, $6.00 per share for the Series C Preferred Stock, $3.76 per share for the Series D Preferred Stock and $5.00 per share for the Series E Preferred Stock.
Union Xxxxxxx means an Employee in the bargaining unit who is elected or appointed by the Employees in the bargaining unit to act on behalf of those Employees;
Adult day services means adult day services as defined in section 231D.1.
Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Issue Price With respect to each Class of Certificates, the “issue price” as defined in the Code and Treasury regulations promulgated thereunder.
Amount Generally Billed or “AGB” means, with respect to emergency and other medically necessary care, the amount generally billed to individuals who have insurance covering such care.
European Monetary System means the European Monetary System established by the Resolution of December 5, 1978 of the Council of the European Communities.
Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;
Series B Original Issue Price means with respect to the Series B Preferred Shares, an amount per share equal to US$1.43854 (subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any share dividend, share split, combination or other similar recapitalization affecting the outstanding Series B Preferred Shares).
Certified nurse midwife means an advanced practice registered nurse who is certified in the
Energy Market Opportunity Cost means the difference between (a) the forecasted cost to operate a specific generating unit when the unit only has a limited number of available run hours due to limitations imposed on the unit by Applicable Laws and Regulations, and (b) the forecasted future Locational Marginal Price at which the generating unit could run while not violating such limitations. Energy Market Opportunity Cost therefore is the value associated with a specific generating unit’s lost opportunity to produce energy during a higher valued period of time occurring within the same compliance period, which compliance period is determined by the applicable regulatory authority and is reflected in the rules set forth in PJM Manual 15. Poverty line means the nonfarm federal poverty line for the continental United States, as defined by the federal department of labor under 42 USC 9902 (2).
Family day system means any person who approves family day homes as members of its system;
Halfway house means a facility licensed by the division of parole and community services of the department of rehabilitation and correction pursuant to section 2967.14 of the Revised Code as a suitable facility for the care and treatment of adult offenders.
USD or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.
EUR means the single currency of the participating member states of the EU.
Title IV-E Foster Care means a federal program authorized under §§ 472 and 473 of the Social
Federally Qualified Health Center means a non-administrative medical facility with a fixed permanent location that is identified on the following search engines and offers health services on a sliding scale payment system: http://findahealthcenter.hrsa.gov or http://www.ihs.gov/ or http://www.aachc.org/.
Boarding house means a residence in which lodg- ing and meals are provided. Each resident of a boarding house is charged a lump sum to cover the costs of lodging and meals with no separate accounting for the fair selling price of the meals.
CHF means Swiss Francs, the lawful currency of Switzerland;
