Wage Rates definition

Wage Rates means the effective direct expense to the Consultant and/or the Sub-Consultant, on an hourly rate basis, for employees in the specified professions and job categories assigned to provide services under this Agreement that justify and form the basis for professional fees regardless of actual manner of compensation. Work means all services, materials and equipment provided by/or under this Agreement with the Consultant.
Wage Rates. The general prevailing wage rate, as established by the Xxxxx-Xxxxx General Wage Decision (latest revision), a copy of which is included as the Wage Determination Decision section of these specifications. Work: The entire completed construction or the various separately identifiable parts thereof required to be furnished under the Contract Documents. Work is the result of performing services, furnishing labor and furnishing and incorporating materials and equipment into the construction, all as required by the Contract Documents.
Wage Rates means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee’s grading, excluding shift allowances, weekend penalties, and all other allowances not regarded as wages.

  • It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law.

  • Other Wage Rates Other wage rates may be required by some TIPS Members and acceptance of a project by the Vendor may require the Vendor to comply with the TIPS Member’s required wage rate.

  • If applicable, a Schedule of Prevailing Wage Rates for the locality or localities where the Contract will be performed is attached and made of part of the Contract by this reference.

  • It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the contractor on any projects which result from this contract which are subject to the provisions of the Labor Law.

  • Each Contractor/Subcontractor, subject to the Living Wage Law, shall post in a prominent and easily accessible place at the work site(s) of covered employees a notice of the Living Wage Rates, employee rights under the law, and the name, address, and telephone number of the Commissioner.

Employee must work a minimum of four (4) hours to be entitled to subsistence pay. Assembly Point Transfer: Employer shall provide lodging for all employees (one person per bed/double occupancy) when working more than sixty (60) road miles away from home. However, employee has the option to request an allowance of forty-five ($45.00) as lodging compensation for each day worked, when lodging requirements are met. Employer shall adhere to one of two lodging plans and not alternate between two plans. For Convenience, Employers will provide Sunday lodging. Employees shall not be required to pay for fueling of company vehicles.

Wage Rates. All wage increases shall be “across the board” so that employees paid above scale will receive the wage increases. The exceptions to this rule are: (a) employees being paid an over scale rate due to an increase in the Washington State minimum wage; (b) employees who have transferred into another classification and have had their wage rate frozen at an above scale level; and (c) any Safeway Floral or GMHBC Managers (see Letter of Understanding #12). In no event shall any wage classification be less than ten cents (10¢) per hour above the then current Washington State minimum wage.
