Wage Index definition

Wage Index means CMS' wage index for urban, rural and hospitals that are reclassified as described in CMS' Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (HOPPS) and wage index values as specified in the Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems set forth in the Federal Register notices announcing revisions in the Medicare payment rates. Wage Index. ’ means the yearly percentage change in the Nominal Wage Index (Transport Services Sector); and

More Definitions of Wage Index

Wage Index means the yearly percentage change in the Nominal Wage Index (Transportation Sector); and
Wage Index means the average relation of he r/his wage to the national average wage in the best continuou s 10 years from the viewpo int of amount of her/his wage. For usual industrial worker the best 10 years’ period is period beginning from 40 years old and they receive from 1.3 to 1.5 as the wage index.
Wage Index means the index published by CMS pursuant to 42 USC 1395ww(d)(3)(E) but not including any adjustments for geographic reclassification of hospitals to other labor market areas.

  • Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.

  • Multiple Exchange Index means an Index identified or specified as such in the definition of Indices.

  • Total Open-End Mutual Fund Average Net Assets means the average of all of the determinations of the aggregate net assets of all open-end funds sponsored by Xxxxxx Management (excluding the net assets of such funds investing in, or invested in by, other such funds, such as Xxxxxx RetirementReady® Funds and Xxxxxx Money Market Liquidity Fund, to the extent necessary to avoid "double-counting" of such net assets) at the close of business on each business day during each month while the Management Contract is in effect.

  • Tax Exempt Bond-Financed Development means a Development which has been financed by the issuance of tax-exempt bonds subject to applicable volume cap pursuant to Section 42(h)(4) of the IRC.

  • SIFMA Municipal Swap Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, or such other weekly, high-grade index comprised of seven-day, tax-exempt variable rate demand notes produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, or as otherwise designated by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association; provided, however, that if such index is no longer produced by Municipal Market Data, Inc. or its successor, then SIFMA Municipal Swap Index shall mean (i) the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index produced by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC or its successors or (ii) if the S&P Municipal Bond 7 Day High Grade Rate Index is no longer produced, such other reasonably comparable index selected in good faith by the Board of Trustees of the Fund and consented to in writing by Holders of greater than 50% of RVMTP Shares, which shall not be unreasonably withheld by such Holders.

  • SOFR Index Cessation Date means, in respect of a SOFR Index Cessation Event, the date on which the FRBNY (or any successor administrator of the SOFR), ceases to publish the SOFR, or the date as of which the SOFR may no longer be used.
