Wachovia Swap Agreement definition

Wachovia Swap Agreement means that certain ISDA Master Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2000, as amended and restated as of February 1, 2008, between FairPoint Communications and Wachovia Bank, N.A., including any confirmations issued thereunder and any and all supplements thereto.
