Vulnerable customer means either of the following:

This could be someone who is: • chronically ill; • mentally or physically disabled or having a hearing or visual impairment; • of pensionable age; • suffering severe financial insecurity and/or bereavement. Winter Period means the period starting on 1st October and ending on 31st May each year.
