VPS Rules definition

VPS Rules means the NFIA Act and all other applicable Norwegian laws, regulations and operating procedures applicable to and/or issued by the VPS from time to time;

Examples of VPS Rules in a sentence

  • The Issuer shall be entitled to obtain information from VPS in accordance with the VPS Rules.

  • Such VPS Notes shall only be issued against surrender of the existing VPS Notes in accordance with the VPS Rules.

  • VPS Registered Instruments will be constituted by the Deed of Covenant and will be issued in registered, uncertificated and dematerialised form in accordance with the VPS Rules.

  • Any unresolved complaint or dispute between a Participant and the Pension Fund Manager under the VPS Rules, it shall be referred to the Takaful Ombudsman appointed under Section 125 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000.
