VPS Notes means notes issued through VPS;

VPS Notes means the Notes in uncertificated book entry form which are registered by VPS; VPS Trustee means Nordic Trustee ASA and any other trustee or trustees for the time being for the holders of the VPS Notes appointed in accordance with the VPS Trustee Agreement; and VPS Trustee Agreement means the VPS Trustee Agreement dated on or before the date of the first issue of the VPS Notes (as amended, modified, varied or supplemented from time to time) between the Issuer and the VPS Trustee in accordance with which the VPS Notes will be issued and which sets out the terms and conditions on which the VPS Trustee has agreed to act as trustee and includes any trust agreement or other document executed by the Issuer and the VPS Trustee in accordance with the provisions of the VPS Trustee Agreement and expressed to be supplemental to the VPS Trustee Agreement.

VPS Notes means notes in uncertificated book entry form, issued through VPS;

Examples of VPS Notes in a sentence

VPS Notes will not be evidenced by any physical note or document of title other than statements of account made by the VPS.
Title to the VPS Notes will pass by registration in the registers between the direct or indirect accountholders at the VPS in accordance with the rules and procedures of the VPS.
The following Terms and Conditions are also applicable to VPS Notes.
Notes which are represented by a global Note and VPS Notes will be transferable only in accordance with the rules and procedures for the time being of Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg and/or DTC and/or the Intermediary and/or the VPS, as the case may be.
The Notes are in bearer form ("Bearer Notes"), registered form ("Registered Notes") or, in the case of VPS Notes, uncertificated book-entry form, as specified in the applicable Final Terms and, in the case of definitive Notes, serially numbered, in the Specified Currency and the Specified Denomination(s).

More Definitions of VPS Notes

VPS Notes means Notes issued in uncertificated book entry form cleared through the VPS with legal title thereto being evidenced by book entries in the VPS;

VPS Notes means Notes issued in uncertificated and dematerialised book-entry form registered in the VPS.

VPS Notes means the Notes in uncertificated and dematerialised book entry form which are cleared through Euronext VPS.

VPS Notes means Notes denominated in NOK.

VPS Notes means any Tranche of Notes so designated in the applicable Final Terms or Pricing Supplement. 1.2 Terms defined in the Conditions have the same meanings in this Deed of Covenant. 1.3 Any reference in this Deed of Covenant to a Clause or sub-clause is, unless otherwise stated, to a clause or sub-clause hereof. 1.4 Any reference to a person, including to the Clearing Systems, the VP, the VPS or Euroclear Sweden includes its successors and assigns. 1.5 Headings and sub-headings are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the construction of this Deed of Covenant.

VPS Notes means Medium Term Notes denominated in NOK.

VPS Notes means the notes issued by the Issuer in uncertificated book entry form, registered by Euronext VPS pursuant to the VPS Agency Agreement dated 1 November 2019 (as the same may be amended or restated after the date hereof) and the procedures and regulations for the time being of Euronext VPS; and
