Examples of Voting Record Time in a sentence
The number and value of Scheme Shares which you are entitled to vote at the Scheme Meeting will be determined by reference to the Register of Members as at the Voting Record Time.
Changes to entries in the Register after the Voting Record Time will be disregarded in determining the rights of any person to attend and/or vote at the General Meeting.
The number of Ordinary Shares a Shareholder holds as at the Voting Record Time will determine how many votes a Shareholder or his proxy will have in the event of a poll.
If either the Court Meeting or the General Meeting is adjourned, the Voting Record Time for the relevant adjourned meeting will be 6.00 p.m. on the day which is two days before the date of the adjourned meeting, excluding any part of a day that is not a business day.
