Voting Procedures means the process for casting votes at the Steering Committee. Voting Procedures means those certain procedures and supplemental procedures approved by the Bankruptcy Court for soliciting and tabulating the votes to accept or reject the Plan cast by holders of Claims against the Debtors entitled to vote on the Plan.
