Voting Period definition

Voting Period means the period commencing on (and including) the date of this Agreement and ending on (and including) the Expiration Date.
Voting Period has the meaning set forth in Section 11.5(b) of these Bylaws.
Voting Period means the period beginning when the polls open for voting and ending when the polls close or the last voter has voted, whichever is later.

Examples of Voting Period in a sentence

  • The effective date of a Written Resolution passed prior to the expiry of the Voting Period is the date when the resolution is approved by the last Bondholder that results in the necessary voting majority being obtained.

  • A Written Resolution will also be resolved if the sufficient numbers of negative votes are received prior to the expiry of the Voting Period.

  • A Written Resolution will also be passed if the sufficient numbers of negative votes are received prior to the expiry of the Voting Period.

  • A Written Resolution is passed when the requisite majority set out in paragraph (e) or paragraph (f) of Clause15.1 ( Authority of Bondholders’ Meeting) has been obtained, based on a quorum of the total number of Voting Bonds, even if the Voting Period has not yet expired.

  • In the event no votes are submitted by members of the public during the Voting Period for a particular category, the Winners within that category will be selected by counting and ranking the Finalists according to the number of Nominations each received.


More Definitions of Voting Period

Voting Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement through and including the earlier to occur of (i) the Second Merger Effective Time, and (ii) the termination of the Merger Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Voting Period shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.7(b)(i). With respect to any Series, any additional definitions specifically set forth in the Appendix relating to such Series and any amendments to any definitions specifically set forth in the Appendix relating to such Series, as such Appendix may be amended from time to time, shall be incorporated herein and made part hereof by reference thereto, but only with respect to such Series.
Voting Period means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending immediately prior to any termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.1 hereof.
Voting Period means such period of time between the date hereof and the Expiration Time.
Voting Period shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 5(b) of Part I of this Section 12.1.
Voting Period shall have the meaning specified in paragraph (b) of Section 5 of Part I of Article X of these Bylaws.
