Examples of Voting Members in a sentence
The Administrator may be removed and replaced at any time for any reason with or without approval of the Board upon the affirmative vote of Voting Members holdings at least two-thirds of the Voting Shares.
Any Manager, as selected by the Initial Member, may only be removed or replaced (i) without “Cause” at any time by a majority of the Board or (ii) for “Cause” and only upon the approval of Voting Members holdings at least two-thirds of the Voting Shares.
The Conversion must be completed within 24 months of the approval of this Plan by Voting Members, unless a longer time period is permitted by governing laws and regulations.
Approval of this Plan by Voting Members also shall constitute approval of each of the transactions necessary to implement this Plan.
