Voting Members definition

Voting Members has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(b).
Voting Members means the appointed elected member(s) of each of the Participating Parties in the decision.
Voting Members means the Members who are entitled to vote at meetings of the Company and shall be restricted to only Homeowner Members and Rental Members or their respective designates as provided herein, and the subscribers hereto while such subscribers remain Members hereunder; and

Examples of Voting Members in a sentence

  • The Administrator may be removed and replaced at any time for any reason with or without approval of the Board upon the affirmative vote of Voting Members holdings at least two-thirds of the Voting Shares.

  • Any Manager, as selected by the Initial Member, may only be removed or replaced (i) without “Cause” at any time by a majority of the Board or (ii) for “Cause” and only upon the approval of Voting Members holdings at least two-thirds of the Voting Shares.

  • The Conversion must be completed within 24 months of the approval of this Plan by Voting Members, unless a longer time period is permitted by governing laws and regulations.

  • Approval of this Plan by Voting Members also shall constitute approval of each of the transactions necessary to implement this Plan.

  • Any Manager, as selected by the Initial Member, may only be removed or replaced (i) without “Cause” at any time by a majority of the Board of Managers or (ii) for “Cause” and only upon the approval of Voting Members holdings at least two-thirds of the Voting Shares.


More Definitions of Voting Members

Voting Members means those persons entitled to vote at General Meetings of the Club as specified in this Constitution.
Voting Members means all Class A and Class B Members that are in good standing and whose membership has not been suspended or terminated.
