Voting Letter definition

Voting Letter means the voting letter required by subsection 51(1) of the Act to be mailed to each known Creditor prior to the Unsecured Creditors' Meeting.
Voting Letter means the voting letter required by Section 51(1) of the BIA to be mailed to each known Creditor prior to the Creditors’ Meeting.
