Voting Capital Stock definition

Voting Capital Stock means with respect to any Person, securities of any class or classes of Capital Stock in such Person ordinarily entitling the holders thereof (whether at all times or at the times that such class of Capital Stock has voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency) to vote in the election of members of the board of directors or comparable governing body of such Person.
Voting Capital Stock means securities or other ownership interests of a corporation, partnership or other entity having by the terms thereof ordinary voting power to vote in the election of the board of directors or other Persons performing similar functions of such corporation, partnership or other entity (without regard to the occurrence of any contingency).
Voting Capital Stock means, with respect to any Person, shares of such Person’s Capital Stock having the right to vote for the election of directors of such Person and any other Capital Stock of such Person treated as voting stock for purposes of Treasury Regulation Section 1.956-2(c)(2).

More Definitions of Voting Capital Stock

Voting Capital Stock means the Capital Stock of any class or kind ordinarily having the power to vote for the election of directors or other members of the governing body of the Company, including the Voting Common Stock.
