Voting Board Member means a Board Member entitled to vote
Voting Board Member means a Trust Board Member who is entitled to exercise voting rights at the Trust Board.
Voting Board Member means a voting representative of a Company Member. A Voting Board Member is automatically a member of the IAB during the term of the Company Member’s membership.
