Voluntary Quit definition

Voluntary Quit means an intentional termination by the Employee without good reason and without pressure by the Company; and further, provided that, at the time of such “Voluntary Quit”, there was not a material breach of this Agreement by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, “Voluntary Quit” shall not, in any event, mean and not be deemed to have occurred if Employee, intentionally or otherwise, by resignation or retirement, and irrespective of whether or not the Company is offering Employee continuing employment, either ends his employment pursuant to or under any of the provisions of paragraph 6(b) hereof, or if there is any termination without just cause.
Voluntary Quit means when a SNAP client voluntarily quit a job of 30 or more hours a week or reduced work effort to less than 30 hours a week without good cause.
Voluntary Quit means an intentional termination by the Employee without pressure by the Company and further provided that, at the time of such “Voluntary Quit”, there was not a material breach of this Agreement by the Company.

More Definitions of Voluntary Quit

Voluntary Quit status means that an employee has terminated the employment relationship at employee’s own will. This may occur as a result of a number of factors including, but not limited to:

In the event Employee voluntarily terminates his employment with Employer during the first twelve (12) months of employment, Employee shall reimburse Employer, on a pro rata basis, all relocation benefits previously paid to him. Employee will also reimburse Employer, on a pro rata basis, the amount of Employee's Signing Bonus, as defined in Section 3.
Voluntary Quit. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Employee shall have the right to voluntarily quit Employee's employment and terminate this Agreement by giving ninety (90) days' advance written notice to Employer at the address provided herein. Except as provided in (ii)(A), (C) or (D) in this Section 2 in "Change of Control" in the definition of a "Qualifying Termination," if Employee shall so voluntarily quit and terminate this Agreement, Employer shall have no further obligations pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, except to pay to Employee accrued salary to the date of termination.
