Teacher may change his/her Consulting Teacher at any time when requested by either the Voluntary Participating Teacher or the Consulting Teacher, with approval from the Joint Committee.
The purpose of participation in the PAR Program for the Voluntary Participating Teacher is for peer assistance only and the Consulting Teacher shall not participate in a performance review of the Voluntary Participating Teacher.

When a Voluntary Participating Teacher refers him or herself to PAR, the Consultant Teacher/SP shall complete the following with the PT: review the process and procedures involved in voluntary participation in PAR, establish mutually agreed upon performance goals based on the CSTPs and develop an assistance plan for the upcoming school year.
