Viterra Facility definition

Viterra Facility means any facility owned or operated by Viterra or any Viterra Group Company for the receival and storage of Grain, and may include a Port Terminal Facility. Viterra Group Company means Viterra Pty Ltd and any Associated Entity of Viterra Pty Ltd.
