Visitor Parking Spaces means those certain Parking Spaces located within the Visitor Parking Areas.

Tenant’s employees shall not be allowed to park vehicles in Visitor Parking Spaces at any time.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant may use the Visitor Parking Spaces for three hours prior to and one hour following the conclusion of a Special Event for Special Event Parking, in its sole discretion.
Tenant shall make the first floor Visitor Parking Spaces available free-of- charge for Visitor Parking subject to subsection 2 below.
Landlord and Tenant agree that it is likely the Leased Spaces, excluding the Visitor Parking Spaces, will be assigned to users based upon monthly parking privileges and therefore Tenant will have no obligation to staff the Parking Facility with parking attendants.

Visitor Parking Spaces means the 5 car parking spaces on the Ground Floor of the Building intended for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the residents and occupiers of the Residential Units and their bona fide visitors or invitees, which are for identification purpose only shown and coloured Green Hatched Black and marked “V-1” to “V-5” on the Ground Floor Plan annexed hereto and certified as to its accuracy by the Authorized Person;
