Visitor Data means information regarding or relating to Participants, including Personal Data and Energy Data that is submitted by Participants on the website of ICHOOSR, or submitted initially to a link on the CITY’s website, or submitted by Participants via the Customer Service of ICHOOSR.

Visitor Data means the data concerning the characteristics and activities of Visitors on the Customer Properties collected for Customer by the XxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx Service, including any such data specified in the Service-Specific Terms. Other terms are defined in other Sections of this Agreement or in the Service-Specific Terms.

Visitor Data means any contact information made available to Exhibitor by SAGE that is collected from the SAGE Show registrants, exhibitors or attendees. “Proprietary Information” means (i) SAGE’s confidential business information; (ii) the Visitor Data; (iii) ideas, comments, feedback, and suggestions related to the SAGE Show, any other products or services of SAGE, or SAGE’s business; and (iv) any derivative works of the foregoing.

It is agreed and acknowledged by Customer, that notwithstanding anything to the contrary under the Agreement, the services provided by Contentsquare under the Agreement are not intended for the processing of Personal Data other than Website/App Visitor Data (as defined under Annex 1 below).
You must post, maintain and adhere to your privacy policy that informs your Website customers what Visitor Data is collected, how it is used, the effective date of your privacy policy and how customers of your Website can learn of changes to your privacy policy.
You shall include a hyperlink to your privacy policy on the home page of your Website and on all pages where you collect Visitor Data.
Use of the Visitor Data is at Exhibitor’s sole risk and liability.
For such purpose, Customer shall limit the transfer of any Personal Data which is not Website/App Visitor Data to Contentsquare.

More Definitions of Visitor Data

Visitor Data means any data generated by a web browser's http requests and posts within a Customer Site that is collected by Customer using the Software.

Visitor Data means data regarding Internet site usage, traffic patterns and details, and other information that identifies the characteristics of visitors to individual Internet sites. At a minimum, Visitor Data shall be comprised of the data elements set forth under the heading “Visitor Data” in Schedule 1.1.1.1.

Visitor Data means any data generated by a web browser's http requests and posts within a domain name served by a Contributor Enterprise Server (or, if no Enterprise Server is in use, Local Server) that is collected by Contributor using Engage software.

Visitor Data means the data and information concerning the transactions and activities of Visitors on the Customer Properties shared with us by or on behalf of Customer for the purposes of providing the Services.

Visitor Data means information regarding or relating to Participants, including Personal Data and Energy Data, that is submitted by Participants on the website of ICHOOSR, or submitted initially to a link on THE CITY’s website, or submitted by Participants via the Customer Service of ICHOOSR and subject to the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act;

Visitor Data means, when applicable, the data relating to a Visitor collected or received by Contentsquare in connection with Customer’s use of the CS Solution including (i) such technical information of a Visitor’s system (e.g., OS, IP address, cookie ID, Screen Resolution, Time Zone), (ii) information related to a Visitor’s activity on Customer Site(s) (e.g., mouse clicks, scroll moves, clicks, taps, browsed pages), and (iii) without derogating from Section 7, any other Visitor personal data (including the Permitted Personal Data).

Visitor Data means Personal Data you upload to the Website in order to contact us, for instance, if you are an employer interested in our human resourcing services or an individual seeking employment.
