Visiting Team definition

Visiting Team means any visiting team scheduled to play London Spirit in a Hundred Match on a Match Day for which the Licensee has been allocated the Ultimate Suite in the Allocation Letter which is either (i) the Provisional Visiting Team; or (ii) if the visiting team differs from the Provisional Visiting Team scheduled to play on the Match Day, the new visiting team notified to the Licensee by the Club pursuant to Clause 3.2.

Visiting Team means any visiting team scheduled to play Middlesex in a Vitality Blast Match on a Match Day for which the Licensee has been allocated the Private Suite in the Allocation Letter which is either (i) the Provisional Visiting Team; or

Visiting Team means a team composed of three to eight active educators, as determined by the size of the school, trained by the USOE in accreditation procedures and standards.

• Any equipment and materials brought by the Visiting Team for the purposes of training shall be exempt from duties.
