Virtual Cards definition

Virtual Cards means the virtual non-tangible cards that allow you to enter into Card Purchases.
Virtual Cards means a digital card that can be used for eCommerce transactions, In-App purchases, Scan to Pay transactions on FNB Pay/Pay Pal and any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.
Virtual Cards means temporary virtual cards created through your vPayment Account(s) and consists of the virtual card number, expiry date and security code (CVC/CVV).

Examples of Virtual Cards in a sentence

  • The Virtual Cards can be temporary or re-usable, but in any case, expire one year from the last day of the calendar month during which the Virtual Account was created.

  • These Virtual Cards can be used to purchase goods or services or make payments online or by phone without presenting your physical Oxygen Visa Debit Card number.

  • Credit/Charge Card – MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express branded cards, as well as any other card network as required by the Authorized User, or such other new or emerging cards (e.g., Virtual Cards) as may become available and included under the Contract during the Contract term.

  • Except for Virtual Cards added to any Digital Wallet, in accordance with and subject to the Digital Wallet Terms, you will not receive a PIN with your Virtual Card or set a PIN for your Virtual Card.

  • For Virtual Cards: the expiry date emailed to you following your application for a Virtual Card.

  • Virtual Cards may be issued for one time use (meaning they can only be used for a single transaction) or can be issued so that they can be used repeatedly until the expiry date.

More Definitions of Virtual Cards

Virtual Cards means the user prepayment cards, a kind of intangible (virtual) cards with numbers and codes, and representing certain face value, which do not need to be produced or processed and are used for paying for the user consumptions or services. The Virtual Cards include but not limited to the user’s prepayment cards with various face value and the packaged user prepayment cards with various face value.
Virtual Cards means a virtual account number or code issued by Reap and assigned to a Company Account that may be used by a Company or an Authorized User to conduct Transactions.

Related to Virtual Cards

  • Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.

  • Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.2.2.1.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.

  • Actual carrier means a person, other than the contracting carrier, who, by virtue of authority from the contracting carrier, performs the whole or part of the carriage contemplated in paragraph (b) but who is not with respect to such part a successive carrier within the meaning of the Warsaw Convention.   • Cards means either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, debit card (or other similar card that requires a PIN for identification purposes), or pre-paid, stored-value or gift card.

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Virtual Data Room means the virtual data room established by the Company, access to which was given to SPAC in connection with its due diligence investigation of the Company relating to the Transactions.

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Headend means any facility for signal reception and dissemination on a Cable System, including cables, antennas, wires, satellite dishes, monitors, switchers, modulators, processors for Broadcast Signals, equipment for the Interconnection of the Cable System with adjacent Cable Systems and Interconnection of any networks which are part of the Cable System, and all other related equipment and facilities.

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Principal Cardholder means a Cardholder who has been issued with a Principal Card;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Log means the up-to-date log that is used to track all Modifications to the Facility since the date of this Certificate as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Cardholder means the individual named on the card to whom the Card is issued by the Bank;
