Village Property definition

Village Property means every building and property, or portion of a building or property, owned or leased by or otherwise under the control of, the Village. “Village Property” also means every Village-owned or leased vehicle.

Village Property means the land and the Buildings and all improvements and structures now or hereafter located on the land described in Exhibit A to the Village Declaration.

Village Property means and includes all real property owned by the Village, other than public streets and public easements, and all property held in a proprietary capacity of the Village, which are not subject to public right-of-way consent and requirements of this chapter.

More Definitions of Village Property

Village Property means the surface estate that has been conveyed to the Village either by interim conveyance or by patent pursuant to ANCSA overlying portions of the Premises, as described in Schedule A-2 attached hereto. Surface, Xxxxx Subsurface” provided that in the event of any conflict between this definition and Exhibit A, this definition shall control.

Village Property at the time of recording of this Declaration shall include (i) Outlot F and Outlot I on the Plat of Subdivision; (ii) all stormwater pipes, manholes and related stormwater infrastructure installed by the Declarant within the Property and dedicated to the Village; and (iii) all Dedicated Rights-of-Way.

Village Property means the Village’s financial and non financial assets including but not Limited to land, vehicles, equipment, electronic devices and documents.

Village Property means any and all real or personal property, owned, leased or used by the Village, and all public streets, sidewalks or rights of way within the Village.
