Village Association means the Owners'' Association consisting of the Estate Association and Groot Parys Estates (Pty) Ltd as Owner of the remainder of the farm Groot Parys, being remainder of Xxx 00000 Xxxxx, remainder of Xxx 00000 Xxxxx, and Ilangabi Investments 49 (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 2009/013466/07) as Owner of Xxx 00000 Xxxxx;
Village Association means and refer to any Washington nonprofit corporation, except the Master Association, its successors and assigns, organized and established by Declarant pursuant to or in connection with any Supplemental Declaration governing a specific residential community within South Bay.
Village Association or "Village Associations" means the owners' association or associations formed to govern a certain Village or Villages of Residential Units or CIC Units.
