Video System definition

Video System means the Facilities necessary or convenient for a Video Service Provider to provide Video Service.

Video System or “System” means the networked video system with screens and sounds as the communication media which is installed, operated, maintained and replaced by Party B.

Video System means a video, physical or other mechanical, electronic, digital or wireless system or device that enables continuous or periodic video recording, observing or monitoring of individuals in public spaces or within Township operated facilities.
