Video Street Date definition

Video Street Date means, with respect to any Picture, the first date on which, in the Territory, both: (i) such Picture is authorized by * for Home Video Distribution, and (ii) Copies of such Picture are actually available to the general public.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, LGF shall consult with Grantor with respect to thelselection of the initial Home Video Street Date of the Picture in the Territory.
